AllotMe Plots rent roll with paid and unpaid members

Made for the people who run sites, not just the people who dig them

AllotMe started by matching growers with spare gardens. Plots is the other half: the tools a committee needs once the site exists.

Self-managed associations

A volunteer committee, an AGM, a treasurer and a rent book. Replace the rent book first.

Council-devolved sites

Taking on management from the council? Start with a site map, a plot register and a fair waiting list.

Community gardens

Under 30 plots? Everything is free, forever, including online payments at a flat 3%.

What it does

Members pay rent by card; money reaches your bank every Monday
Reminders and overdue notices go out automatically, in your wording
Visual site map, plot register and a waiting list people join themselves
Tidy records and a one-page handover for the next treasurer
