How to Sow
- Sow seeds thinly, 1cm deep in rows 15cm apart
- Thin seedlings to 15cm apart or grow as a cut-and-come-again salad
- Choose a partially shaded spot in summer to slow bolting
- Water the drill well before sowing
- Can be grown in pots, window boxes, and grow bags
Plant Care
- Water regularly — dry conditions cause rocket to bolt quickly and become very peppery
- Grow in partial shade during summer to slow bolting
- Pick regularly to encourage fresh, tender new growth
- If plants bolt, pull them up and sow a fresh batch
- Cover with fleece in autumn and winter for extended harvesting
