How to Claim the Garden Guarantee

If something has gone wrong during a rental, follow these steps to submit a claim under the AllotMe Garden Guarantee.

Document the Damage

Take clear photographs of any damage as soon as you discover it. Note the date and details of what happened.

Contact AllotMe Within 14 Days

Get in touch with us at support@allotme.co.uk within 14 days of the rental ending. Include a description of the issue and any supporting evidence.

Provide Evidence

Submit photographs, receipts for any repair costs and any relevant communication with the Greenfinger about the damage.

Review and Resolution

Our team will review your claim and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
